How can I report bugs/issues I’m encountering on Brilliant?

At Brilliant, we strive to provide a seamless learning experience. If you encounter any bugs or issues, please follow the steps below to report them:

On mobile apps:

  • Shake to report: Simply shake your mobile device while using the Brilliant app. This action will prompt a bug report form, automatically capturing a screenshot and relevant technical details. You can add a description of the issue before submitting.

On web and mobile web:

  • Flag button in lessons: After submitting an answer in a lesson, you can click on the flag icon next to the “Continue” button to report a problem.

  • Report a problem in practice: When you exit out a practice, you can click on the “Report problem” button on the popup modal to report any issue.

Additional reporting via email:

  • Contact support: You can always let our support team know about any issues by emailing support@brilliant.org. Please include a detailed description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots or screen recordings.
