I am having trouble accessing Brilliant Premium

If you're experiencing issues with your Premium subscription, please take the following steps:

For website users:

  • Verify your subscription status: Ensure that your Premium subscription is active by checking your subscription settings.

  • Check your login credentials: Confirm that you're logged into the correct account associated with your Premium subscription.

  • Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve access issues.

  • Be sure to use a stable internet connection: A reliable internet connection is necessary for accessing Brilliant's content.

For mobile app users:

  • Restore your purchase

    • Open the Brilliant app.

    • Tap the "You" icon on the right side of the bottom navigation bar, tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and select "Premium"

    • Select "Restore Subscription."

    • This should reinstate your subscription within a few minutes. Restart the app if necessary.

  • Check for multiple accounts: Ensure you're logged into the correct account, especially if you have multiple accounts or used different sign-up methods (email, Google, or Apple).

  • Update the app: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Brilliant app.

  • Be sure to use a stable internet connection: A reliable internet connection is necessary for accessing Brilliant's content.
