I am having trouble accessing Brilliant Premium

For mobile app users:
Restore your purchase
Open the Brilliant app.
Tap the "You" icon on the right side of the bottom navigation bar, tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and select "Premium"
Select "Restore Subscription."
This should reinstate your subscription within a few minutes. Restart the app if necessary.
Check for multiple accounts: Ensure you're logged into the correct account, especially if you have multiple accounts or used different sign-up methods (email, Google, or Apple).
Update the app: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Brilliant app.
