If you just received a charge from us, it was probably one of two things: Either you started a free trial that was never canceled, and automatically converted into an annual subscription, or you had a recurring subscription with us that was never canceled, and which has now renewed for another period. Either way, the best thing to do is to immediately reach out to our support team at support@brilliant.org, and provide them with the following information:

  • The email associated with your account

  • The transaction ID from your charge

  • The last four digits of the card that was charged, if applicable

  • The date of the transaction

  • and the exact amount you were charged.

This should help them quickly and easily track down your payment, figure out exactly what happened, and see what can be done about it.
