There are a couple of reasons your login might not be working after you create your account.

Wrong email or login method

It's very possible that you created your account using a different email, or a third party login like Google or Facebook, and are currently using the wrong method. If this is the case, trying out a few different emails and methods will likely get you in.

Account deactivated

If you're seeing an "account inactive" notification when you try to log in, it's because your account has been deactivated for some reason. If you did not deactivate it yourself, then it was deactivated either by our staff or an automatic system. This could be due to the account being flagged for concerning activity or using an email belonging to someone else. In any case, please write to our support team at support@brilliant.org to see about getting it reactivated.
